phjl7 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and phjl7 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing phjl7 at phjl7.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

phjl7 reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents at any point. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on phjl7. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are a violation of these Terms. If a duplicate account is identified, both accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and OTP codes confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. phjl7 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on phjl7 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. phjl7 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods for gaming transactions.

Deposits are generally credited to your phjl7 account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and network conditions, particularly during peak hours or public holidays.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• phjl7 does not charge deposit fees on its end, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

phjl7 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it believes may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Withdrawals to GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank accounts are supported.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. Accepted Philippine government-issued ID includes:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence (LTO)
• SSS / UMID card
• PhilSys National ID
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. phjl7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but additional verification steps may extend this timeline in some cases.

Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account will result in the request being declined.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on phjl7 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the market you are betting on and the potential payout.

• Bet confirmation is final. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the specific market rules explicitly allow it.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), phjl7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within a defined window — typically 24 to 48 hours depending on the sport — bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For live in-play markets, bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds fluctuate in real time during live events.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market apply and are displayed on the bet slip.

Suspicion of match fixing, coordinated betting patterns, or any attempt to manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and bets being voided pending investigation.

7 Casino & Game Rules

• All game results are determined by the game system or live dealer and are final once a round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. The player's stake and any winnings will be settled accordingly.
• Using automated tools, scripts, or external software to interact with casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Creating additional accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is a violation of these Terms and will result in all bonus amounts being forfeited and the accounts being closed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Coordinated betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage abuse" or "bonus abuse").
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phjl7 support staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to obscure your actual location in the Philippines.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

phjl7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the player has violated these Terms or where account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a violation, affected balances may be forfeited.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion tools on the Responsible Gaming page should be used first.

11 Limitation of Liability

phjl7 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the player's failure to protect their login credentials.

Online gaming involves financial risk. phjl7 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gameplay. Players participate at their own risk and must only use funds they can genuinely afford to lose.

12 Privacy & Data
